Guillotines: up to 2.5m by 6.5mm thick

Punching: DNC turret press, 20 tonnes auto-index, sheet capacity 2.5m x 1.25m

Laser: DNC laser profiling, sheet capacity 2.5m x 1.25m, mild steel 12mm, stainless steel 4mm clean cut, 3mm aluminium

Folding: 3 x CNC machines up to 3.1m long x 100 tonnes

Presses: Power presses 100 ton, hydraulic presses 160 tons

Welding: MIG, TIG, acr and gas, stud welding to M10, sport welding to 75KVA capactiy including aluminium

Bending: Tubes up to 38mm diameter in mild steel

Deburring: vibratory for small components and belt linishing including600mm wide graining.

Treatment: alocrom 1200 components to to 1.5m long

Finishing: Powder coating and wet spray, 3 booths 3m long and silk screening capacity.

Computer: Job Boss operating prodution control, stock control, bill of materials and shop documentation, receive customer DXF files.
